Product description

The portable pipe cutting and beveling range supports weld preparation directly on pipelines, job sites and plant maintenance areas. The lineup includes out-mounted split-frame or clamshell configurations for OD 12.5-152.4 mm, OD 1"-48" and heavy-duty OD 12"-120" pipe ranges, so the model can be selected by pipe diameter and working clearance.

Depending on configuration, the machines can perform cold cutting, beveling, pipe facing, counterboring, grooving and flange-facing work. ID-mounted lines cover ID 60-820 mm or 80-820 mm, with heavy-duty ID-mounted models for ID 800-2050 mm; the heavy-duty ID-mounted line supports bevel angles up to 0-30 degrees and electric, pneumatic, hydraulic or numerical-controller drive options by model.

Pipe-end preparation for weld joints in industrial pipeline maintenance, plant installation, oil and gas, chemical, boiler, power and field-service work where cold cutting is required.
