Product description

NiCrTi 45CT is published with 56.3% Ni, 43% Cr and 0.7% Ti for boiler-tube protection in high-temperature sulfur, vanadium and sulfidation service. Reported coating data include HRC 30-35 hardness, 7,000 psi bond strength, a deposit rate of 10 lbs/hr/100A, 85% efficiency and coverage of 0.8 oz/ft²/mil.

Surface-preparation guidance includes white-metal cleaning and roughening with 24-mesh grit or rough machining before deposition. Wire is offered at 1.6 mm or 14 gauge in 10 kg, 15 kg or custom packages. CQ can confirm the spray process and how material data should be applied for the requested application.
