Cr3C2-25NiCr
Cr3C2-25NiCr powder for HVOF carbide coatings with wear, erosion and hot-corrosion resistance in high-temperature service.

Thermal spray powders
73WC-NiCr HVOF powder combines tungsten carbide hardness with a NiCr matrix for wear resistance in corrosive environments.
WC phase provides high hardness and wear resistance
NiCr matrix improves resistance to corrosive service
Suitable for high-value parts requiring dense coatings
73WC-NiCr is a tungsten-carbide powder with about 73% WC held in a NiCr matrix, made by Huayin for HVOF. The WC phase delivers very high hardness and solid-particle wear resistance, while the NiCr matrix adds the corrosion resistance that a plain cobalt binder sometimes cannot provide, especially in chemically aggressive or humid service.
With its balance of hardness and corrosion resistance, the material is often chosen for high-value parts needing a dense, durable coating under combined wear and corrosion. Particle size and spray settings should match the HVOF gun in use; CQ advises on a suitable size range to achieve a low-porosity, well-bonded coating.
Used on pump shafts, sleeves, valves, seal rings, rolls and parts needing solid-particle wear resistance while retaining corrosion protection.

For dense, well-bonded coatings needing corrosion protection.
For parts exposed to particle or high-velocity gas erosion.
For industrial component restoration and protection.
