HYF-102 is a nickel-based alloy powder gas-atomized by Huayin and optimized for Laser Cladding. Its spherical morphology and stable flow feed evenly through the laser nozzle, forming an overlay that bonds metallurgically to the substrate with low dilution, so the deposit retains its properties right at the working surface.
Thanks to the narrow heat-affected zone characteristic of laser processing, the material suits precise restoration of shafts, dies, working edges and locally worn areas on high-value parts. Laser power, scan speed and powder feed must be set per component to control thickness, dilution and cracking risk.
