For HVOF
Cr3C2-25NiCr
Cr3C2-25NiCr powder for HVOF carbide coatings with wear, erosion and hot-corrosion resistance in high-temperature service.

Thermal spray powders
Cobalt-based Ste6 powder for Laser Cladding wear and galling-resistant overlays with durability in heated service.
Resists metal-to-metal wear and galling
Suitable for valve parts and sliding surfaces
Laser cladding helps control thickness and heat input
The Laser Cladding version of Ste6 is a cobalt-chrome-tungsten alloy (equivalent to Stellite 6) supplied by Huayin, used when a low-dilution wear and galling-resistant overlay is needed. Chromium carbides in the cobalt matrix retain hardness at high temperature, while the laser allows precise control of thickness and heat-affected zone.
The material suits valve seats, working edges, dies, cutters and sliding surfaces under metal-to-metal friction. Compared with conventional hardfacing, the laser reduces dilution and substrate distortion, helping the cobalt layer keep its intended properties. Parameters must be set per component to balance hardness against overlay integrity.
Used for valve seats, working edges, dies, cutters, sliding surfaces and components needing low-dilution cobalt wear overlays.
