HYF-Ni55 is a Ni-Cr-B-Si nickel alloy powder in the Ni55 hardness class, supplied by Huayin for PTA welding. Boron and silicon form hard phases that raise wear resistance, while the nickel base keeps corrosion resistance and thermal stability, suiting overlays that are both hard and durable in harsh industrial maintenance.
PTA welding produces thick, well-bonded overlays suiting screw conveyors, shafts, valve surfaces, slurry pumps and mining or cement parts under heavy wear. Actual hardness and thickness depend on plasma current, powder feed and deposition rate; CQ helps select parameters matched to each customer's machinery.
