The height gage is a precision measuring tool used to determine height, distance and position, and to perform scribing operations on a surface plate or granite surface plate. With high accuracy and the ability to measure large workpieces, it is widely applied in mechanical manufacturing, CNC machining, mould and die work, and product quality control.
Based on the measurement display method, height gages are divided into three main product lines: the Digimatic Height Gage, the Vernier Height Gage and the Dial Height Gage. The Digimatic Height Gage offers common ranges of 0-200mm, 0-300mm, 0-600mm and 0-1000mm, with fast readings on an LCD screen. The Vernier Height Gage offers ranges of 0-200mm, 0-300mm, 0-450mm, 0-600mm and 0-1000mm. The Dial Height Gage is equipped with a needle dial face and offers common ranges of 0-300mm, 0-450mm, 0-600mm and 0-1000mm.
