Product description
The thickness gage is a precision measuring instrument used to check the thickness of materials such as sheet metal, plastic, paper, rubber, film, leather and thin-walled parts. The device is designed with a dedicated measuring contact that enables fast operation, minimises material deformation during measurement and delivers stable, accurate results.
Based on the measurement display method, thickness gages are divided into two main product lines: the mechanical thickness gage and the digital thickness gage. The mechanical type displays results on a dial face, offers high durability and suits a wide range of working environments; the digital type uses an LCD screen for fast, convenient readings and reduced reading error. These products are commonly available with graduations of 0.01mm and 0.001mm, meeting measurement needs from general use to high-precision applications.
